The Wanglink 8-Port Gigabit Reverse PoE Switch (PCBA) is engineered to solve complex power delivery challenges in FTTx, WISP, and complex building networks. Unlike standard switches that require a dedicated local power adapter, this "Reverse PoE" model is powered by the end-users. Customers supply power from their homes or offices into Ports 1 through 7 using standard PoE injectors.

The switch aggregates this incoming power to operate itself, and then intelligently forwards the remaining power to Port 8 (PoE Output) or the dedicated 12V/1A and 5V/1A DC jacks. This makes it an incredibly cost-effective and efficient solution for powering upstream backbone equipment—such as an ONU, a MikroTik distribution router, a wireless point-to-point antenna, or Dahua CCTV IP cameras—located in attics, corridors, or rooftops where electrical outlets are unavailable. It also features a physical one-click VLAN isolation switch to secure client traffic and a dedicated switch to toggle the Port 8 power output.
