The LILYGO TTGO T-Beam V1.1 is a flagship development board designed for advanced IoT enthusiasts and engineers, combining the sheer processing power of the ESP32 microcontroller with long-range communication capabilities. This specific model is equipped with a dedicated 868MHz LoRa transceiver. Because 868MHz is the standard frequency for Europe, this board is perfectly tuned for compliance with local LoRaWAN duty cycles, making it the ultimate hardware choice for deploying expansive sensor networks or smart agricultural solutions.
Beyond LoRa, the T-Beam integrates a high-precision NEO-6M/M8M GPS/GNSS module directly onto the PCB. This allows developers to build highly accurate location-tracking devices or custom off-grid Meshtastic communication nodes right out of the box. With built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for local connectivity, and an integrated 18650 battery holder managed by an advanced PMU (Power Management Unit), you have all the necessary components to program and deploy a completely standalone, low-power tracker or gateway anywhere in the field.
