This heavy-duty 300W DC-DC step-down (buck) converter is an incredibly versatile power module designed for high-current applications. Featuring synchronous rectification technology, it efficiently steps down an input voltage of 6V-40V to a highly stable, adjustable output of 1.2V-35V. It is equipped with dual potentiometers, allowing you to precisely control both Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Current (CC).
Because of its CC/CV capabilities, this module is highly recommended for driving high-power LEDs safely, charging various battery types (including Lithium, Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, and lead-acid batteries up to 24V), or regulating unstable power from solar panels and wind generators. The large dual aluminum heatsinks handle thermal dissipation excellently, allowing for a continuous 15A draw. For loads pushing toward the 20A maximum, adding an external cooling fan is required.
Important Notes: This module does not have input reverse polarity protection or output anti-backflow. If you are using it to charge batteries or drive inductive loads, please ensure correct wiring and add an external diode to the output if necessary.
