This industrial-grade 1200W DC-DC step-up (boost) converter is designed for heavy-duty power applications. It takes an input voltage of 8V-60V and boosts it to a continuously adjustable 12V-83V output, handling up to 20A of current. The module is equipped with a large heatsink for efficient thermal dissipation, though enhanced cooling is recommended for continuous output above 12A.
Safety is prioritized with built-in over-current protection and double short-circuit protection via a 40A input fuse. It is perfect for charging large battery banks, high-power LED arrays, solar power setups, and electric vehicle voltage conversions.
Important Usage Notes:
Input power supply voltage must be above 10V for stable operation.
Do not use a short-circuit method to adjust the output current; the boost circuit structure cannot be adjusted this way.
When using a switching power supply as the input, ensure it is turned on and running before connecting the load to this module.
